The TransPecos/El Paso Regional Center of Innovation and Commercialization (TPEP RCIC) is an independent 501(c) 3 dedicated to identifying and supporting the growth of our regional high tech entrepreneurs.
Our mission is to promote, support and improve technology transfer in the region and to demonstrate its benefits globally through education, advocacy, networking and communication.
